SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND 

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from the Fish Art studio in Tauranga.
Please allow ten working days for your art to be printed and shipped.  

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

Fish Art offers international shipping to countries outside of New Zealand. 

NOTE:
Rates are an indication only and in some case extras may apply depending on weight and size.

RETURNS:

ART: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 10 days (unless commissioned or custom).
FOOTWEAR & APPAREL: Due to these products being custom printed on demand, sizing is the responsibility of the customer and therefore cannot be accepted for refund if ordered incorrectly.  
Although these items can generally be produced within three weeks, continuous delays due to Covid may affect delivery times. 
Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from its journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us at nzfishart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet printed it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
